Stop whining that you don't have time to get in shape

Almost everyone I meet that is out of shape tells me how they don't have time to get in shape.  Of course you know that I'm going to tell you all that your full of shit. I know your fat ass is sitting on the couch munching on chips and watching tv for two hours every night, but that's ok I know you are too busy to stay healthy.
Im going to start posting a few videos of quick at home or on the road exercises that anyone can do very quickly very easily and very effectively.
This is my first time shooting a video on my own so they will suck at first, but get better as time goes on and I learn what Im doing. First up I am going to be showing you some ab work you can do with a few simple items bought at any sports store and with common furniture everyone has in their home or hotel room.



This is just a quick preview of some of the things you can do with ten minutes to get yourself going when you cant get to the gym.  Remember the key to abs above everything else is going to be diet.  You can have the greatest strongest sexiest abs in the world but if they are covered in a layer of fat no one will ever know
