Leaning Down Getting the water and fat off Screw Cardio

I am currently in the process of leaning down for an upcoming event and wanted to talk a little about the process that I have taken.

First and foremost I would like to say that I do ZERO CARDIO!  I really believe my weight lifting pace is enough to stimulate my heart rate and burn enough calories.  If you count playing with the ropes once in a while as cardio then its not zero.  Point is I don't run or even walk on a treadmill

For this event I am relying only on clean eating and balanced vitamins minerals and herbs.  Currently in the above picture Im sitting just under 200lbs.

My diet is at nearly 300g of protein a day with 150g carbs and 50g fat.  None of my carbs are coming from processed foods, they are all strictly vegetables and berries.  I also eat a lot of peanut butter as a healthy fat source.  I have followed this now for 3 weeks and have seen a significant loss in body fat increased vascularity and very little to no muscle loss.  I feel that this is working much better for me then when I am doing cardio as I feel it really flattens me out and thins my legs much too much.
For the last two weeks I will be taking Dandelion Root, Uva Ursi, and Juniper Leaves and caffeine to help flush out the subcutaneous water.  I will aslo increase my sodium intake and then drastically deplete it and increase my potassium.  The final 3 days I will slowly raise my carb level to increase the glycogen storage in my muscle and hope for a full pumped up vascular physique.

So far this routine has been working well for me but the final two weeks shall tell the whole story.
